When working with clients, I help them to decide if it is time to “shift gears”. I work with students, parents, educators and other professionals on all aspects of school success for those with ADHD or executive function challenges. If a client needs to set goals and take action, we work together to set parameters. If a student is frustrated, we work together to turn the frustration into success. If a parent feels helpless and angry, we work together to restore a sense of hope and relief. These articles provide some guidance on how to develop strategies that work for you. They are designed for both parents and students.
